Timed to the 400th anniversary of the King James Bible, the DVD release is hosted by award-winning actor John Rhys-Davies (The Lord of the Rings motion picture trilogy), who visits landmarks, explains relics and sets up top-notch dramatizations of the events surrounding the bestselling book in the world. Recipient of the Dove Seal (5 out of 5, the highest rating possible) and supported by the American Bible Society, the docudrama offers a deeper look into the Christian faith following the creation of the Protestant Church and King James I’s influence. KJB: The Book That Changed the World will be available on DVD on April 5th, complete with audio commentary with the filmmakers, a featurette, and an interview with Rhys-Davies.
