EXCLUSIVE : PRISON BREAK PaleyLive 2017 Interviews

Dominic Purcell and Wentworth Miller at PaleyLive 2017 Prison Break

It’s been seven years since brother prison break-out team Michael Scofield and Lincoln Burrows pulled off their last caper. To the world, Michael Scofield died in the Prison Break finale, leaving his love Sarah and their son to pick up the pieces. Stars Wentworth Miller and Dominic Purcell felt there was more story to tell and FOX agreed. The long overdue Season Five of Prison Break premieres on Tuesday on FOX. The first bombshell of many is the surprise that Michael Scofield is not actually dead and it now falls on his brother Lincoln to break him out of yet another prison.

The cast and executive producers gathered for the Paley Center for Media PaleyLive event to chat about the revival of the series. Veteran cast members Wentworth Miller, Dominic Purcell, Robert Knepper, Paul Adelstein, Rockmond Dunbar, new cast faces Inbar Lavi, Mark Feuerstein, Augustus Prew along with executive producers Paul T. Scheuring, Vaun Wilmots, and Michael Horowitz sat down to chat about how this new story has been created for audiences and where we pick up and even if there is more story to tell beyond these nine episodes.

We got exclusive interviews with cast members Wentworth Miller, Dominic Purcell, Paul Adelstein, Robert Knepper, Inbar Lavi, and Mark Feuerstein about their thoughts on the Prison Break revival, tidbits on what to expect for everyone’s favorite escapees, how this season echoes Homer’s The Odyssey and some insights into the new characters joining the team. One thing you can count on with any Prison Break season: it’ll be a wild ride and this time, they’re taking it global.

Don’t miss the premiere of Prison Break Tuesday, April 4th at 9pm.
