FOX will usher in the biggest night on television with a live pre-show, COUNTDOWN TO THE EMMYS, hosted by Mark Steines, co-anchor of “Entertainment Tonight,” and Lara Spencer, co-anchor of “The Insider,” Sunday, Sept. 16 (7:00-8:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed) on FOX. The star-studded evening continues with Ryan Seacrest hosting the 59th PRIMETIME EMMY® AWARDS airing live (8:00-11:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed) on FOX.
The one-hour special will highlight the star-studded arrivals of Emmy® nominees, presenters and special guests. Steines and Spencer will set the stage for the night’s festivities as they mingle with the stars on the red carpet and get the inside scoop on the fashion, the nerves and the excitement.
