FIREHOUSE 51 DEALS WITH THE LONGTERM COLLATERAL DAMAGE FROM THE DEADLY WAREHOUSE FIRE ON THE SEASON SIX PREMIERE – With most of the squad still trapped inside the burning warehouse fire, Chief Boden (Eamonn Walker) makes a risky last-minute decision in an effort to save his men. Dawson (Monica Raymund) continues to deal with her father (guest star Daniel Zacapa), who has new plans for himself. Brett’s (Kara Killmer) childhood friend Hope (guest star Eloise Mumford) visits the Windy City and strikes the attention of someone within the firehouse, while Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo) goes head-to-head with her landlord. Meanwhile, a fire at a high school hits close to home for Boden. Jesse Spencer, Taylor Kinney, David Eigenberg, Yuri Sadarov, Joe Minoso and Christian Stolte star. Randy Flagler and Melissa Ponzio guest star.

From renown Emmy Award-winning executive producer Dick Wolf (“Law & Order” brand) and creators Derek Haas and Michael Brandt, the writing team behind “3:10 to Yuma,” comes season five of the high-octane drama “Chicago Fire,” — an edge-of-your- seat view into the lives of everyday heroes committed to one of America’s noblest professions. The firefighters, rescue squad, and paramedics of Chicago Firehouse 51 risk their lives week in and week out to save and protect the citizens of their incredible city.

This is an extended family and everyone inside Firehouse 51 knows no other way than to lay it all on the line for each other. Lt. Matthew Casey (Jesse Spencer) leads the Truck Company and brash Lt. Kelly Severide (Taylor Kinney) runs the Rescue Squad.

The firehouse also includes Battalion Chief Wallace Boden (Eamonn Walker), a fireman’s fireman. As chief of 51, Boden keeps his house running smoothly and his firefighters prepared to overcome all adversity. Paramedic turned tough as nails firefighter Gabriela Dawson (Monica Raymund) returns alongside Paramedic Sylvie Brett (Kara Killmer), seasoned veteran Christopher Herrmann (David Eigenberg) and resourceful firefighter Stella Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo).

In addition to Wolf, Haas and Brandt, executive producers include Matt Olmstead, Joe Chappelle, Arthur Forney and Peter Jankowski.
