NBC has released new photos and details for Brilliant Minds Season 2 Episode 10, titled “The Resident,” as the series builds toward an emotional and high-stakes season finale. The episode places Dr. Wolf and the Bronx General team at the center of one of their most challenging medical and personal crossroads yet. Airing Monday, Dec. 1 (10:00–11:00 PM ET/PT) on NBC, with streaming available the following day on Peacock.

In “The Resident,” Dr. Wolf works to help a talented ballerina recover from a mysterious illness that jeopardizes her future, forcing him to navigate one of the most delicate neurological cases of the season. At the same time, the team races to save Sam’s life and secure his placement on the transplant list, pushing emotions and tensions to their breaking points.

But the night takes an even more dramatic turn when the hospital’s annual holiday gala becomes the setting for explosive revelations—secrets that alter the relationships, loyalties, and futures of multiple doctors, forever reshaping the landscape of Bronx General.
