Jessica Collins was born April 1 in Schenectady, New York. At age eighteen, she moved to New York City to study acting and soon got her break in television when she landed the role of Dinah Lee Mayberry on the ABC soap opera "Loving."

Her extensive television credits include the critically-acclaimed cable series "Unscripted," "Tru Calling" and "American Dreams." She has also guest-starred on numerous series, including "Two and a Half Men," "CSI," "Everwood" and "Andy Richter Controls the Universe." Credits for the big screen include "The Ranch," directed by Susan Seidelman, "Beautiful," directed by Sally Field, and Steven Spielberg's "Catch Me If You Can."

Collins has studied acting with renowned teachers Howard Fine and French instructor Phillipe Gaulier. In addition, she attended Shakespeare and Company in Massachusetts and The Royal National Theatre in London.
