When ARROW returns for Season 5, there will be another villain or two looking to make their mark and legacy on Star City. With John Diggle (David Ramsey) and Thea Queen (Willa Holland) retired from Team, the death of Laurel Lance (Katie Cassidy), and Detective Lance (Paul Blackthorne) M.I.A. in the aftermath, that leaves the newly elected Mayor Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) struggling to keep the criminal underworld from running amuck with part-time assistance of Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards) and Curtis Holt (Echo Kellum). Felicity is pushing Oliver to taker a few new recruits under his wing, but Oliver wants to go it alone until the original team reunites. Unfortunately, the arrival of Tobias Church (Chad L. Coleman) throws a wrench into everyones plans — especially once he kidnaps someone he should not have.
