Cincinnati Bengals star wide receiver Chad Ocho Cinco (formerly Chad Johnson) is using his off-season to pursue happiness off the field in his new VH1 reality show "The Tournament" (working title). The series is a mix of Ocho Cinco's on-field charisma blended with the drama of the dating pool played out in a bracket-style dating tournament. The 10 episode, one-hour series is set to premiere in July 2010.

Starz Entertainment, LLC, and Disney-ABC Domestic Television, a division of The Walt Disney Company, announced today the signing of a new, exclusive long-term licensing agreement for theatrical releases from The Walt Disney Studios through 2015. The previous output agreement was set to run through 2012. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Disney-ABC Domestic Television, a division of The Walt Disney Company, and Showtime Networks Inc. have entered into an exclusive output agreement under which up to 35 of DreamWorks Studios' films, to be theatrically released between 2010 and 2015, will air on the network.  The announcement was made today by Matthew C. Blank, Chairman and CEO, Showtime Networks Inc. and Janice Marinelli, President, Disney-ABC Domestic Television.

Academy Award and Golden Globe nominee Eric Roberts will star in the highly anticipated new Syfy Saturday Original Movie Sharktopus, produced by cult movie legend Roger Corman, scheduled to premiere later in 2010.

At its 2010 annual upfront presentation which featured top talent across the worlds of television, music and film, Nickelodeon today announced a slate of new programming that will be added to the network's 2010-11 schedule, including: six new series and new seasons of 16 returning hits such as top-ranked iCarly, SpongeBob SquarePants and Team Umizoomi.  Additionally, five brand-new series will bow across Nick's digital nets, which include TeenNick, Nick Jr. and Nicktoons, during the 2010-11 season.  Nickelodeon, the top-ranked basic cable network in total day for almost 16 years, is poised to close 1Q10 as its most-watched quarter ever in its 30-year history and just celebrated January as its most-watched month ever.  

A special preview of the premiere of "Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution" will air Sunday, March 21 (10:01 p.m.-11:00 p.m., ET) and will be repeated on Friday, March 26 (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET). The second episode will air from 9:00-10:00 p.m., ET, in the series' regular time period.

The work of #1 New York Times bestselling author, Patricia Cornwell, will make its on-screen debut when Andie MacDowell and Daniel Sunjata star in the Lifetime Original Movies At Risk and The Front.  Cornwell has been penning award winning novels since 1991, but Patricia Cornwell’s At Risk -- airing Saturday, April 10, 2010, at 9:00 pm (ET/PT) -- and Patricia Cornwell’s The Front -- airing Saturday, April 17, 2010, also at 9:00 pm (ET/PT) -- will mark the first time that her trademark suspense and forensic insight have been adapted for either film or television.
